Policy

Hours of Operation:

Sunday: Pick up/drop off only 5PM-6PM

Mon thru Fri: Pick up/drop off 8AM-10AM and 4PM-5PM

Saturday: Pick up/drop off 8AM-9AM and 5PM-6PM

Daycare - Mon thru Fri 8AM-5PM

***no pick ups/drop offs on holiday days

***we offer our secured drop off/pick up room for those that have stayed with us before, dogs can be kenneled, and you have a reservation for overnight or daycare

Tours of our facility are available by appointment.

Holidays (we are closed, no pick ups/drop offs):

  • New Year's Day

  • Easter Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Eve Day

  • Christmas Day

  • New Year's Eve Day

Requirements:

  • up to date on shots - rabies, DHPP, bordetella, and be on a flea/tick/heartworm preventative

  • daycare participants must be evaluated prior to booking

  • reservations are mandatory for overnight suites and daycare

  • neutered/spayed if over 6 months (if participating in daycare)

  • must reserve a private garden patio if your pup(s) does not play well with others or is not neutered/spayed (can not participate in daycare)

Payment:

  • 1/2 due at time of reservation

  • remainder paid at end of service

  • deposit is forfeited if cancelled with less than 2 days notice

  • holidays require 1/2 NON-refundable deposit for reservation

  • daycare packages or pay by the day

  • + 3% charge for credit card purchases

  • NSF fee for returned checks

  • +$5 fee/day for overnight stays and daycare for unneutered male dogs over 8 mos old

Daycare:

  • we offer packages of 10, 15, 20 days

  • expire from 6 months of purchase

  • dogs must be evaluated to participate

  • female dogs over 8 mos old must be spayed

  • male dogs that are NOT neutered will be given a trial basis for  participation, over 8 mos old, +$5 fee/day will be added

  • we have the right to refuse any dog based on behavior

  • reservations must be made prior to participation
